Significance of May 7th
While the Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv is a year-round movement, May 7th serves as the annual kick-off day for the Clubfoot Awareness Week (May 7 – May 14) and Clubfoot Awareness Month (May 7 – June 7). It is the birthday of Global Ambassador of Clubfoot Awareness, Parv Thacker who is the symbol of hope for everyone who is going through the journey.

The GCAP Ambassadors & Parv Fusion Band
The movement is led by a dedicated team of ambassadors who drive the mission across the globe:
- Parv Thacker (The Clubfoot Warrior & Global Ambassador): As the quintessential Clubfoot Warrior, Parv serves as the primary inspiration for the project. Known as the world’s youngest singer and actor, his journey from diagnosis to global stardom embodies the project’s success.
- Vacha Thacker (USA Ambassador): Representing the GCAP USA chapter, Vacha leads international outreach and helps bridge the movement with global communities.
- Dr. Krupesh Thacker & Dr. Pooja Thacker (India Ambassadors): As the founders and medical leads, they oversee the India and Gujarat chapters, providing clinical expertise, counseling, and strategic vision.
The Parv Fusion Band serves as the cultural voice of the movement. Through their signature “Gunje Gita” performances, the band integrates the spiritual wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita with health awareness, using music as a therapeutic tool to raise funds and support for clubfoot babies worldwide.
Our Mission
The primary goal of observing this day is to ensure that no child suffers from clubfoot due to a lack of awareness. Through the Give Vacha Foundation and Krup Health, we focus on:
- Early Detection: Promoting neonatal screening for clubfoot.
- Non-Surgical Care: Advocating for the Ponseti Method.
- Support Systems: Providing year-round counseling and financial aid to underprivileged families.
- Stigma Reduction: Changing the global narrative around birth defects through art and literature.
“God Is In Your Attitude” – Join us in our mission to make the world clubfoot-aware.
