Born with Clubfoot, Guinness World Record Holder Parv Thacker’s Journey Inspires Awareness Film Trilogy | World Clubfoot Day 2026
Clubfoot Awareness: World Clubfoot Day Parv Thacker film trilogy
Ahead of World Clubfoot Day (3 June), the inspiring journey of Parv Thacker, who was diagnosed with bilateral clubfoot before birth and later became a Guinness World Record holder as the Youngest Singer, is set to inspire an awareness-based film trilogy aimed at promoting hope, treatment compliance and social clubfoot awareness.
Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv Movement Marks a Decade of Impact
The initiative has emerged from the decade-long, year-round Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv (GCAP) movement, an awareness campaign founded by physician, music therapist and social entrepreneur Dr. Krupesh Thacker and Dr. Pooja Thacker following Parv’s birth on May 7, 2017. The campaign begins annually with Global Clubfoot Day on May 7 and continues through a range of year-round awareness initiatives.

Awareness Film Trilogy Based on a Real-Life Clubfoot Journey
The proposed film trilogy includes:
- Main Bhi Arjun: Parv (Hindi)
- Tiny Steps Take Giant Leaps (English)
- Nanakda Pagla Bhare Haranfad (Gujarati)
The trilogy will feature Parv Thacker as the lead actor and singer across all three films, bringing his real-life journey to the screen through Hindi, English and Gujarati storytelling formats. At the age of nine, he is set to become the youngest person to have a biographical film trilogy based on his life and work.

Awareness Through Arts Model Brings Clubfoot Advocacy to Cinema
The films are being developed under the “Awareness Through Arts” model, with music contributions from Parv Fusion Band and Vacha Thacker serving as co-composer and editor. The awareness film trilogy is being developed through the collaborative efforts of Give Vacha Foundation, Krup Music, and Krup Productions.
The trilogy draws inspiration from the Shreshth Pustak Paritoshik-winning book Arjun Uvacha: Maa Parv, the broader The Arjun Uvacha literary universe, and Tiny Steps Take Giant Leaps, extending their themes of resilience, character development and positive life transformation to a wider audience through cinema.
According to the creators, the projects are inspired by real-life experiences surrounding clubfoot treatment, resilience, family support, music, emotional healing and the belief that challenges can be transformed into opportunities.
Ten Years of Clubfoot Awareness Through Music, Literature and Community Engagement
Over the last ten years, the Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv movement, together with the Music Therapy for All initiative, has conducted awareness activities through music, literature, films, digital campaigns, music therapy, and community engagement under the broader theme of “Awareness Through Arts.”

Reflecting its “Gujarat to Global” vision, the initiative has received appreciation from public representatives and government leaders and was also acknowledged during interactions at the Consulate General of India, Atlanta, USA. Supporting activities have included awareness music projects, educational outreach and the promotion of psychosocial support alongside medical treatment.

From Guinness World Record Holder to Grammy Consideration Artist
Parv Thacker’s journey has also gained recognition beyond the clubfoot community. Along with becoming a Guinness World Record holder as the Youngest Singer at the age of 1 year and 342 days, he later contributed to music projects linked to the proposed awareness film trilogy.

The Sanskrit composition “Resonant Roar of Hanuman” from Main Bhi Arjun: Parv, “Powerful Echoes of Ram” from Tiny Steps Take Giant Leaps, and the Gujarati devotional track “Jalaram Dhun” from Nanakda Pagla Bhare Haranfad have reached Grammy Awards consideration, supporting both the awareness and music therapy initiatives while highlighting the growing international recognition of awareness-driven creative projects emerging from the movement.
Dr. Krupesh Thacker on Resilience, Awareness and the Bhagavad Gita
Speaking on the occasion, writer, film director, author, and music composer Dr. Krupesh Thacker said:
“The Bhagavad Gita teaches us to focus on our duty rather than our fears. That principle guided our family when Parv was diagnosed with clubfoot before birth, and it continues to guide the stories we are bringing to the screen through this awareness film trilogy. Over time, we saw Parv refuse to be defined by his medical condition. Through music and creative expression, he gradually began building his identity not around limitations, but around possibilities. Through these films, we hope to transform awareness into action and inspire families to approach challenges with confidence, resilience and hope.”
Dr. Pooja Thacker on Clubfoot Treatment, Music Therapy and Family Support
Dr. Pooja Thacker, co-writer, art director and producer of the film trilogy, added:
“Clubfoot is treatable, and with timely intervention, family support and sustained encouragement, children can lead active and fulfilling lives. Music Therapy can play a supportive role in child development, emotional well-being and long-term treatment compliance. Our journey reinforced the importance of creating a positive and nurturing environment that helps children and families stay engaged throughout the treatment process.”
The Parv Awards to Recognize Contributions to Clubfoot Awareness
As the movement enters its tenth year, organizers have also announced the launch of ‘The Parv Awards’, an initiative dedicated to recognizing contributions towards clubfoot awareness, advocacy, support and inspiration.
Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv India Tour Announced
As part of the next phase of the movement, Parv Thacker is currently participating in the production of the awareness film trilogy and preparing for the Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv India Tour. The tour aims to promote clubfoot awareness across communities while recognizing and honouring individuals, healthcare professionals and supporters who have contributed to his journey from a clubfoot diagnosis before birth to becoming a Global Clubfoot Awareness Ambassador.
World Clubfoot Day Message: Every Child Has the Right to Rise Like Arjun
For the organizers, the message remains simple:
“Every Child Has the Right to Rise Like Arjun.”
