Dr. Pooja Thacker, singer, actress, and a lead member of the world’s first three-generation Family Fusion Band, Parv Fusion Band, has joined the Recording Academy’s New Member Class of 2026 as a Voting Member, becoming part of the global community of music professionals behind the GRAMMY Awards. Her induction marks another significant milestone for The Krup Universe’s growing presence on international music platforms.

An Ayurvedic physician by profession, Dr. Pooja Thacker serves as the Community Health Director of Give Vacha Foundation, the social impact arm of The Krup Universe, and as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Krup Music. She also plays a key creative and technical role in Parv Fusion Band, contributing to projects that combine music with education, awareness, and social impact.
The Recording Academy, the organization behind the GRAMMY Awards, brings together creators and professionals from across the global music industry. As a Voting Member, Dr. Pooja Thacker joins a distinguished international community dedicated to recognizing artistic excellence while supporting the future of music through collaboration, advocacy, and professional engagement.

The announcement follows the induction of Dr. Krupesh Thacker into the Recording Academy’s New Member Class of 2025 as a Voting Member. After becoming a member, Dr. Krupesh encouraged Dr. Pooja Thacker to pursue Recording Academy membership, leading to her successful selection in the Class of 2026. Dr. Krupesh currently serves in both the Songwriters & Composers Wing (S&C Wing) and the Producers & Engineers Wing (P&E Wing) of the Recording Academy and was also invited to serve as a GRAMMY U Mentor for the 2025-2026 Mentorship Program.
Together, their involvement with the Recording Academy strengthens The Krup Universe’s growing engagement with the international music community. The ecosystem’s work spans music production, publishing, education, healthcare, literature, and social initiatives, united by a shared purpose of creating meaningful impact through the arts.
Among its recent international milestones is “Resonant Roar of Hanuman,” the official theme song of Music Therapy for All and Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv. The song was featured in Krup Music’s GRAMMY® For Your Consideration campaign, received a nomination at the 2026 Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA), and also serves as the official theme song for the upcoming feature films Main Bhi Arjun: Parv, Tiny Steps Take Giant Leaps, and Nanakda Pagla Bhare Haranfad.
